(3) The Planning and Information Department takes the lead in formulating medium- and long-term plans and annual plans for the development of the city's human resources and social security undertakings, and organizes and supervises their implementation; comprehensively manages the city's human resources and social security statistical work, and is responsible for the summary and analysis of various statistical data of the bureau.

(4) The Finance and Fund Supervision Office is responsible for organizing the preparation of the city's social insurance fund budget and final accounts draft, and supervising the implementation of the city's social insurance fund budget.
