Each college has formulated feasible phased development plans, annual plan objectives and measures to ensure the realization of the objectives, carefully checked the scores according to the assessment and scoring standards of key colleges in the center, and wrote a phased work summary in a unified format. (2) The basic conditions have been significantly improved.
The center invested nearly 1.8 million yuan in various project funds and special funds constructed by key specialties of the Municipal Health Bureau to build and rebuild microbiology laboratories and physical and chemical laboratories, making the laboratory structure more reasonable and practical. The construction of molecular biology laboratory (PCR laboratory), parasite ward and tuberculosis reference laboratory was completed, and the laboratory of HIV diagnosis center took the lead in passing the evaluation and acceptance in the provincial CDC. We have perfected 10 laboratories, including serology laboratory, intestinal bacteria laboratory, food-borne pathogen isolation and identification laboratory, endemic disease laboratory, disinfection laboratory, microbiology laboratory of health-related products such as food, cosmetics, water quality and wading products, mold isolation and identification laboratory, occupational health testing laboratory, common chemical poison detection laboratory and general physical and chemical laboratory. Finally, 14 professional function laboratory will be achieved, and the goal will be achieved during the construction period. Large-scale equipment such as GC-MS, liquid chromatograph, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer, flow cytometry, automatic biochemical analyzer, automatic microbial fluorescent enzyme immunoassay system, virus loading instrument and fluorescent PCR amplification instrument were purchased with project funds and business income of nearly 4 million yuan. The hardware facilities of health inspection specialty have been significantly enhanced.
Equipment such as air conditioner and dehumidifier were added to the animal specimen exhibition hall of the Institute of Vector Control, and the expansion and decoration of the vector monitoring room and feeding room (all the way work area) were completed. The next step will be to improve the experimental conditions and equipment, and a preliminary plan and budget have been formed for the transformation of the animal specimen room, and related matters are under tender negotiation.
According to the requirements of "Qualification Standard for Occupational Health Technical Service Institutions" and "Qualification Standard for Occupational Health Examination Institutions and Occupational Disease Diagnosis Institutions", the Occupational Disease Prevention Institute has purchased and updated a large number of new equipment for on-site inspection, inspection and physical examination through purchase, equipment and project investment, and basically upgraded the main equipment, with complete types and good performance, which has played a corresponding role.
The professional business premises of health education have been significantly improved, with an investment of 654.38+10,000 yuan to newly expand the health education training room and database, build a new computer training room for health education, and establish a publicity corridor for "Basic knowledge and skills of citizens' health literacy". The office area is more than 500 square meters, which can meet the actual work needs. At present, there are more than 20 kinds of office computers, digital cameras, color printers, video cameras, multimedia projectors, multifunctional machines for printing, copying and faxing, non-line video recording and editing systems, video recorders, televisions and other equipment with a value of more than 300,000 yuan, and the office is basically automated.
The infectious disease prevention and immunization prevention majors are equipped with five laptops, desktop computers 1 1, eight printers, photocopiers 1, two digital cameras and projectors 1.
(3) The scientific research ability is gradually improved.
All key specialties give full play to their advantages and actively declare and undertake major scientific research projects and disease control projects. In the past three years, six key specialties have applied for and been approved for two key projects funded by the Provincial Health Department, two projects directed by the Provincial Health Department and nine planned projects in Yichang. 1 project won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of the Municipal People's Government, and 2 projects won the third prize of scientific and technological progress of the Municipal People's Government. * * * Two projects hosted or participated in reached the international advanced level through appraisal, and four projects hosted reached the domestic leading level through appraisal.
In 2007, the research topic of infectious disease prevention and control "Research on epidemic trend and prediction model of legal infectious diseases" won the third prize of major scientific research achievements of Hubei Province, scientific research achievements of Yichang City and scientific and technological progress of Yichang Municipal Government. The project "Dynamic monitoring and analysis of food chemical pollutants and food-borne pathogens in Yichang City" completed by the laboratory won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of Yichang Municipal People's Government in 2008; The "Study on Pathogenesis and Biomarkers of Productive Yellow Phosphorus Poisoning" participated by the Department of Immunology won the certificate of major scientific and technological achievements from the Provincial Health Department. And won the third prize of Yichang Science and Technology Progress Award.
The College of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control has given full play to its talent advantage, and actively applied for and obtained the key scientific research fund project of Hubei Provincial Health Department, "Population health monitoring and epidemiological study of key diseases in Yichang Three Gorges reservoir area", which has been implemented as planned.
