Scope of business application: This kind of business is only applicable to the withdrawal of commercial loans for housing repayment of applicants and the withdrawal of housing provident fund loans in different places. Housing renovation loans, purchase of shops, parking spaces, office buildings, housing loans, credit loans, consumer loans, bank loans that have not been filed with the real estate management department and do not have independent property rights are not included in the scope of housing provident fund extraction.

3. Loan contract requirements: The individual housing loan contract provided by the applicant must have complete loan elements, including the borrower's name, borrower's ID number, borrowing bank, loan purpose, loan amount, loan date, loan period, detailed address of the house purchased, repayment account number, etc. If the contract elements are incomplete, the applicant needs to fill in the contract elements or provide other relevant materials to prove.

4. Time limit for business acceptance: it must be handled within the loan repayment period. The following first withdrawal and second withdrawal refer to the withdrawal of the same loan. If there are multiple housing loans at the same time, one of them should be selected for withdrawal. Loan replacement is handled for the first time. If the loan is used to purchase a house, but it is not processed during the repayment period, and the application is made only after the loan is fully settled, it shall be handled with reference to the one-time payment method for purchasing a house.

5. Applicant scope: Both borrowers and their spouses can participate in the withdrawal.

6. Time limit for business acceptance: the time interval for the applicant to withdraw is not less than 6 months, except for the monthly deduction business.

7. Withdrawal amount: the applicant can withdraw the loan to settle the account balance of the current month, but the accumulated withdrawal amount of both husband and wife cannot exceed the total principal and interest of the repaid loan, and can only be withdrawn once after the loan is settled.
