Jade Emperor Shannan Fund Town is located in the south of Jade Emperor Shannan in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, at the southern end of West Lake World Cultural Heritage Protection Zone. At the foot of the bustling Huangyu Mountain, it is backed by Baguatian and buildings in the Southern Song Dynasty. This industrial park under the root of the Southern Song Dynasty imperial city is surrounded by mountains on three sides and faces the river on one side. It is a village in the city at the foot of the Millennium imperial city, and it is also the original residence on the edge of the West Lake.

It covers an area of 2,000 mu, with a planned area of 32,000 square kilometers. The planned core area covers a total area of 2 square kilometers and a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters.
