Mainland individual investors under the age of 65 can log on to Jiuyi Fortune Connect and click My-Do Business/My Business-Open Hong Kong Stock Connect to apply for opening.
Individual investors aged 65 or above, investors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, institutional investors and product investors need to go to the nearest business department for opening, and the opening time through the business department is 9:00- 17:00 on the trading day.
Trading Hong Kong Stock Connect shares is a medium-high risk business, and individuals applying for the rights of Hong Kong Stock Connect must meet the following conditions:
1. After opening an account in Huatai for 20 trading days (excluding the day of opening a new account), a Shanghai/Shenzhen A-share securities account has been opened, which is a qualified account and has been designated by Shanghai and declared for use by Shenzhen under the status of our company;
2. Before the opening of the application authority, the securities accounts and fund accounts in the first 20 trading days shall not be less than RMB 500,000, including A shares, B shares, preferred shares, Hong Kong stocks and new and old third board stocks bought through Hong Kong Stock Connect, public offering fund shares (only including fund shares bought in Shanghai and Shenzhen TA accounts, A shares accounts and closed-end fund accounts, excluding Jin Tiantian B), unsold on-site fund shares, restricted stock assets of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, stock options and wealth management.
3. Complete the risk assessment questionnaire;
4. Pass the business knowledge test of Hong Kong Stock Connect;
5. There is no serious bad credit problem; Individual investors over the age of 65, investors from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, institutional investors and product investors should go to the counter of the business department, and individual investors under the age of 65 can go to Zhang Le Fortune Connect after meeting the requirements.
