During the fixed investment period of the fund, even if the purchased fund is redeemed, money will be deducted from the account regularly every month. You have to stop the fixed investment agreement, so you won't deduct any more money.

Mode of suspending the fixed investment agreement:

1, go directly to the bank counter;

2. If online banking has been enabled, you can enter personal online banking and select Online Securities-Online Fund-Fund Trading-Fund Fixed Investment Management to cancel. After the fund management company confirms (T+2), the fixed investment plan stops and the system stops deducting money. On the day of application, investors cannot apply to withdraw from the fixed investment subscription business of the Fund. After the termination of the fixed investment agreement of the fund, the purchased fund will not be redeemed automatically;

3. If the balance in the card is insufficient for deduction within three months, the fixed investment will be suspended automatically.
