3. For prenatal examination fees and production expenses, the parties concerned should bring their marriage certificate, social security card (citizen card) and family planning certificate issued by the street to the designated hospital for maternity insurance to settle by credit card directly.

4. To apply for maternity allowance and one-time nutrition subsidy, you need to fill in the "Maternity Insurance Benefit Declaration Form" and stamp it with the official seal of the unit. Provide marriage certificate, only child certificate (for the child), discharge summary and other materials, and submit it on the 1st to 10th of each month.

Go to the Fertility Department of the Municipal Medical Insurance Center on the working day between the two to complete the declaration procedures.
