CICC Capital is a state-controlled investment bank, which is more powerful than state-owned enterprises. CICC Capital, the full name of which is China International Capital Corporation, is a Sino-foreign joint venture investment bank. Its largest shareholder is central huijin Investment Co., Ltd. and China International Capital Corporation Limited, generally referred to as CICC, which was established on June 25th, 1995. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture investment bank in China and was established on October 20th, 1995.
