Born in Cao Junji, Xi, Shaanxi Province, and originally from Jiangsu Province, he was born in 197 1 year. Distinguished researcher of China Academy of Sciences, winner of National Fund Committee Xie Qing (2009). 1990- 1997 obtained undergraduate and master's degrees from Xi Institute of Geology and Xi Institute of Technology, and 200 1 obtained master's degree from China Academy of Sciences.
