China Medicine Valley' is a special fund as a sub-fund of Zhumadian Industrial Fund, which gathers the strength of the whole city and improves the capital contribution capacity of the municipal industrial fund.

The special fund for "China Pharmaceutical Valley" under preparation will introduce the national and even global pharmaceutical industry into Zhumadian mainly through the acquisition of biomedical listed companies and the cultivation of high-quality enterprises, so as to provide financial support for comprehensively promoting the construction of "China Pharmaceutical Valley". The fund is jointly funded by provincial, municipal and social capital, and the scale of the fund is not less than 654.38 billion yuan.

In the future, the fund will invest in investment projects in the direction of headquarters economy, new R&D base and mobile production base. The main investment direction is the key areas and weak links of industrial development, and priority is given to investing in key biomedical fields such as innovative drugs, high-end generic drugs, modern Chinese medicine, biotechnology, diagnosis and testing, and high-end medical consumables.
