2. If the questions raised by the masses are not included in the knowledge base of the telephone service center, the operator can't accept them on the spot, and the operator will fill in the work order and register it, and then transfer it to the relevant business department. The business department handles and responds to incoming calls as required within the specified time, and the handling situation is fed back to the telephone service center through the work order system.
3. When the system is busy or the voice message is not answered during non-working hours, the staff of the telephone service center will accept the message according to the post-event message, and the acceptance process will be carried out in the above two ways.
