Time to declare work-related injury fund
Legal analysis: after an employee has a work-related injury, both units and individuals can declare the work-related injury. However, the reporting time of work-related injuries of units and individuals is different. The reporting time of the unit is within 30 days from the date of the industrial injury, and the reporting time of the individual is within one year after the industrial injury. All units and individuals should apply to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for work-related injury identification, and the identification procedures are the same.

Legal basis: Article 38 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the following expenses incurred due to work-related injuries shall be paid by the work-related injury insurance fund according to state regulations:

(a) medical expenses and rehabilitation expenses for the treatment of work-related injuries

(2) Hospitalization food allowance

(three) transportation and accommodation expenses for medical treatment outside the overall planning area.
