(two) to study and put forward the control objectives and price control measures of the overall price level in the province, and to be responsible for organizing the implementation and comprehensive balance; Responsible for the collection, management and use of price adjustment funds; Using price lever to promote economic development.

(3) To organize the investigation and analysis of the costs and expenses of industrial and agricultural products, real estate, public utilities, public welfare services, intermediary services and some administrative management in the province according to law, analyze, forecast and monitor the market conditions, prices and charges, provide investigation and analysis data to relevant parties, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

(four) to study and formulate the management catalogue and management measures of commodity prices and business service charges in the province, and to be responsible for organizing the implementation; Manage the prices of goods and services managed by the state and the province; Organize, coordinate and manage the province's administrative fees, operating service fees and intermediary service fees.

(five) according to the division of authority, study and formulate policies and measures to raise funds for energy, transportation, public welfare and other construction projects through prices and fees; Participate in the research and formulation of major reform plans involving prices and fees, such as medical care and tax and fee reform.

(6) To supervise and inspect the prices of goods and services, administrative fees, price behaviors of operators and intermediary organizations according to law, standardize price behaviors, maintain the price order of fair competition, and impose administrative penalties and administrative compulsory measures on all kinds of price and fee violations; Carry out the system of clearly marked price and guide the self-discipline of behavior price;

(seven) responsible for the coordination and convergence of prices between provinces, price ranges, departments and industries; Guide intermediary agencies in price verification and price evaluation.

(eight) to guide the city, state and county price management departments to carry out price work; Responsible for the professional training of price cadres in the province.

(nine) to undertake other tasks assigned by the provincial party committee and the provincial people's government.
