Tiger is a special animal in Asia, from Siberia to Sumatra, where tigers used to live. There are nine kinds of tigers: South China Tiger, Northeast Tiger, South Asia Tiger, China-India Tiger, Suman Tiger, Java Tiger, Black Sea Tiger, Xinjiang Tiger and Bali Tiger. The last four species are extinct, and there are not many others.
Tigers live in tropical and cold temperate forests. They are more cold-resistant than heat-resistant, like to take a bath, and often haunt the Woods and grass near the water. Tigers are withdrawn and like a quiet environment. They usually come out for food at dusk, but their actions are very hidden.
Tigers are carnivores, and their predation ability is better than that of lions. They often make sudden attacks in the form of crouching and sneaking. Its whistling will frighten many animals to lie on the ground, and then catch them by flapping, lifting and shearing. The tiger's jump is very powerful. It can jump 7 meters and 2 meters. It can knock down a deer with one hand. It has an iron tail, which can break the waist and legs of animals with one chop. It also has sharp teeth and claws. When it meets a big guy like a cow, it jumps on the back of the cow from behind, grabs its head and neck, and pulls from the front. If you attack from the front, you will seize the throat and even bite and tear, and even the strongest cow can only be slaughtered by it.
Except for the mother tiger and her cubs, most tigers live alone and have obvious nesting areas. A tigress usually gives birth to a child every two or three years, and a child usually gives birth to two cubs. Due to the reduction of forests, the living environment of tigers is getting smaller and smaller, and the number of tigers has plummeted from 6,543,800 50 years ago to more than 3,000 at present. And there are only over 30 South China tigers left in China.
