Declaration procedure

First, go to the management center or the application materials issuing institution designated by the local science and technology department, and the Administrative Committee of the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone to purchase the summary of the application materials for the technological innovation fund of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, and carefully read and understand the relevant requirements.

Two, prepare the project application materials as required, and record the project application floppy disk according to the prescribed format.
