According to the law of our country, the relief fund should pay part or all of the expenses of the injured victim and the funeral expenses of his death. This was paid in time by the relief fund management institution in the place where the road traffic accident occurred. The relief fund generally pays the victim's relief expenses within 72 hours after receiving the relief. In case of special circumstances, the 72-hour rescue fee shall be explained in writing by the medical institution. The specific cost standard should be calculated according to the charging standard of the price department where the motor vehicle road traffic accident occurred. According to Article 13 of China's "Trial Measures for the Management of Social Assistance Fund for Road Traffic Accidents", if one of the circumstances listed in Article 12 above occurs and it is necessary for the assistance fund to advance some or all of the victims' rescue expenses, the traffic management department of the public security organ in the place where the road traffic accident occurred shall inform the assistance fund management institution in writing within 3 working days. According to Article 14 of China's "Trial Measures for the Management of Social Assistance Fund for Road Traffic Accidents", if the medical institution has not settled the rescue expenses after rescuing the victims, it may apply to the rescue fund management institution for advance payment, and it is also necessary to provide relevant certification materials for the rescue expenses. According to Article 15 of China's "Trial Measures for the Management of Social Relief Funds for Road Traffic Accidents", the relief fund management institution shall, within 5 working days after receiving the application of medical institutions to pay outstanding rescue expenses and related materials and the notice from the traffic management department of the public security organ, review the following three items in accordance with the above-mentioned relevant regulations, the Guide for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Road Traffic Accidents and the charging standards stipulated by the local price department. At the same time, the audit results will be informed in writing to the administrative department of the public security organ and the medical institution dealing with road traffic accidents: (1) whether it belongs to the relief fund advance specified in Article 12 above; (2) Whether the rescue expenses are true and reasonable and whether they can be paid in advance. (3) At the same time, other contents that the relief fund management institution thinks need to be audited. For those who meet the conditions of advance payment, the relief fund management institution shall transfer the relevant expenses to the account where the medical institution is located. Do not meet the requirements, not to give, and explain the reasons to the medical institutions. According to the provisions of Article 16, when there is a dispute between a medical institution and a relief fund management institution on the prepaid rescue expenses, the competent department of relief fund shall coordinate with the competent department of health to solve it. According to the provisions of Article 17, if one of the circumstances listed in Article 12 above occurs and the funeral expenses need to be paid by the relief fund, the victim's family or relatives shall submit a written application to the relief fund management institution with the notice of corpse disposal issued by the traffic management department of the public security organ handling the traffic accident and their identity cards. For bodies that have no relatives or whose identity cannot be confirmed, the public security department will handle them in accordance with relevant regulations. According to the provisions of Article 18, the relief fund management institution shall pay the funeral expenses in accordance with the relevant standards within three working days after receiving the relevant certification materials and the application for paying the funeral expenses in advance for the death of the victim, and notify the traffic management department of the public security organ handling the traffic accident in writing. Do not meet the conditions, not to advance, and explain the reasons to the applicant. According to the provisions of Article 19, when the funeral expenses of the victim's death and the rescue fund management institution audit the victim's partial injury and rescue expenses, they can also verify the situation with the traffic management department of the public security organ where the traffic accident is located, the insurance company and the medical institution to which the vehicle belongs, and the relevant units shall cooperate.
