Cost comparison between on-site funds and off-site funds
OTC funds are different from OTC funds in terms of investment methods and handling fees. Do you know the difference between OTC funds and OTC funds?

What is the difference between on-site fund handling fees and off-site funds?

1 On-site fund: The transaction fees are mostly trading commissions, generally ranging from 20,000 to 50,000, with the lowest 5 yuan.

2 OTC funds: generally divided into two modes: Class A and Class C. Class A mainly includes subscription fees and redemption fees, while Class C mainly includes sales service fees and redemption fees. The subscription fee for many platforms is 0. 1%, the sales service fee is 0.25%, and the redemption fee is 0.5%. According to the decreasing holding time, if the holding time reaches 7 days, the redemption fee rate is waived or reduced.

From the perspective of rates, the rate of on-site funds is lower than that of off-site funds. It should be noted, however, that the lowest cost of on-site funds is the standard of 5 yuan, and only when it exceeds 5 yuan can it enjoy a lower rate. If the rate is five ten thousandths, then the transaction amount needs to be more than 6,543,800 yuan to enjoy the low rate. Therefore, when the amount of funds is large, the transaction cost of on-site funds is lower, on the contrary, it is more appropriate to choose off-site funds.
