What does lpa mean?
LPA, namely defatting invertase, is the core component of human body to decompose, transform and reduce fat. It can inhibit the absorption of excess oil by human body, accelerate the decomposition rate of fat in fat cells and improve the automatic metabolism rate of fat. Adequate LPA can also directly reduce the size of fat cells.

The structure of Lpa is similar to that of LDL, and the electrophoretogram is similar to that of VLDL, containing special Apo(a). In Lpa, Apo B 100 is connected with Apo(a) through disulfide bond.

Extended data

Some foods rich in invertase:

1, green papaya is rich in papain, papain, chymosin and carotene.

2. Mung beans are rich in vitamin B, glucose, protein, amylase and oxidase.

3. Raw fruits, vegetables and nuts are rich in various enzymes, such as spinach and seaweed.

4. Carrots are rich in vitamin C catabolic enzymes, radishes, melons and cauliflowers are rich in peroxidase, pumpkins are rich in vitamin C catabolic enzymes, bracken is rich in vitamin B/kloc-0 catabolic enzymes, pineapples and kiwifruits are rich in protease, figs are rich in amylase and protease, and Bacillus natto is rich in amylase and cellulase.

It should be noted that food enzymes are easy to be destroyed during cooking.
