2. Chen Yan.
Winner of "Outstanding Talents Introduction Program" of South China University of Technology. He has published more than 2 papers in advanced energy materials Adv. Energy Mater., energy and environmental science Energy Environ. Sci. and JACS of American Chemical Society. He has made many academic reports at world-renowned international academic conferences, including two specially invited reports and nine oral reports by the first author's branch.
the homepage of p>MIT and the website of American fuel cell specialty made a special report on "changing the blueprint of energy field-the help of Chen Yan's research work on fuel cell catalytic materials to integrate new energy schemes" (http://web.mit.edu/nse/news/spotlights/214/chen.html). He has served as a reviewer of magazines such as energyenviron.sci., j.mater.chem.a and pccp for many times.
His academic achievements have won the National Scholarship for Self-funded International Students (which is used to honor outstanding overseas doctoral graduates), the Student Award, the Young Researcher Supporting Program awarded by the International Association of Solid-State Ions (SSI), and the Schlumberger Facility for the Future Fellowship of Schlumberger Foundation.
3. Liu Jiang.
The solid chemistry laboratory led by Professor Liu Jiang is mainly devoted to the development of solid materials and devices related to new energy technologies. The research nature covers from basic theory to application development. At present, the research contents mainly include: synthesis, preparation, performance characterization of solid electrolyte and electrode materials and their applications in energy conversion devices and oxygen permeable membranes;
The development of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) devices includes the preparation of porous electrode support, electrolyte membrane, porous electrode thick film, battery monomer test, microstructure characterization and its influence on performance, etc. Development of fuel cells using hydrocarbon fuels (natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline and dimethyl ether), including the development of anode catalysts.
4. Kang Xiongwu.
Kang Xiongwu is currently engaged in surface functionalization of metal nanoparticles, interface electron transport mechanism, shape and size regulation of metal nanoparticles, application in electrochemical catalysis, dye-sensitized solar cells, ultrafast transient laser spectroscopy, efficiency optimization, stability improvement and mechanism of perovskite solar cells.
The main research interests are: metal (M) nanoparticles: using ruthenium (Ru), rhodium (Rd), palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt) and other metals as carriers, functionalizing the surface of metal particles to form metal-nonmetal valence bonds, thus changing their * * * yoke degree, electron transmission mode and photoelectric physical and chemical properties. Electrochemical catalysis: metal nanoparticles are used as catalysts for oxygen reduction and CO2 reduction at fuel cell electrodes, and the influence of surface functionalized metal nanoparticles on catalytic performance and its mechanism are studied.
Dye-sensitized solar cells: the intermolecular aggregation mechanism of organic dyes, which may affect the quenching of excited states of dye molecules, the interaction between dye molecules and the surface of base semiconductor materials, the process of injecting electrons from excited states of dye into semiconductor and from semiconductor to organic molecules, and its potential impact on the efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells.
Perovskite solar cells: research on the efficiency and stability of solar cells, carbon electrode materials, transient absorption and fluorescence spectrum analysis of excited States, charge transfer mechanism and its influence on battery efficiency.
South China University of Technology:
South China University of Technology is located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education and built by the Ministry of Education and the Guangdong Provincial People's Government. It is a national "211 Project", "985 Project" and "double-class" construction university, and has been selected as "discipline innovation and intelligence introduction plan for colleges and universities".
Zhang Xichun, Party Secretary, and Zhang Liqun, President. The school motto is "erudite and thoughtful, discerning and faithful". As of September 21st, 222, official website shows that the school is divided into Wushan Campus, University Town Campus and Guangzhou International Campus. The school has developed into a comprehensive research-oriented university with the combination of science, engineering and medicine, and the coordinated development of management, economics, literature and law.
