Rapid upgrading of modern agriculture: The industrial system, production system and management system of modern agriculture in Sichuan have taken initial shape, the pace of agricultural transformation and upgrading has been accelerating, the development speed of rural industrial integration has been significantly accelerated, and new formats and new products have emerged, forming many innovative models of industrial integration with Sichuan characteristics.

1. Rural basic conditions have been greatly improved: Sichuan has effectively enhanced the supply capacity of rural public goods through the reform of public finance system and rural public goods supply system, and the rural infrastructure and public goods service conditions have been significantly improved.

2. Improve the quality and expand the scope of happy and beautiful new villages: Sichuan is one of the regions that started the construction of new countryside earlier in China. By promoting the construction of "new houses in Tibetan areas", "new houses in Yi families", "new houses in Bashan" and "Wumeng New Village" in the "four major districts", we will create an upgraded version of new rural construction and form a new rural form that conforms to regional geographical characteristics and historical and cultural conditions.
