Determine the source of funds
First, you need to determine the source of your funds. You can choose to have a certificate issued by the unit that provides scholarships, or you can prepare enough deposits yourself.
Prepare relevant documents
Secondly, you need to prepare relevant documents. If you get a scholarship, you need to provide proof of the scholarship. At the same time, some schools will provide sponsorship forms. Remember to fill in and attach a letter of recommendation.
Proof of application for funds
Next, you need to go to the bank and ask the bank to issue a deposit certificate for you. Remember, the closer the opening date of the qualification certificate and the date of sending the application, the better!
Amount conversion
Finally, if the school requires that the amount on the capital certificate be converted into US dollars, and your certificate only contains RMB, you can ask the bank to write the reference exchange rate on the day of opening the certificate, and then work out the equivalent US dollars yourself.
