Legal Analysis: In order to standardize the material donation activities of China Birth Defects Intervention and Relief Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation), protect the legitimate rights and interests of donors and recipients, and improve the management level of donated materials, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Public Welfare Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on the Management of Foundations, and in combination with the actual situation of the Foundation.

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Material Donation

Article 2 The term "donated materials" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the legal physical assets donated by natural persons, legal persons or other organizations to the Foundation that they have the right to dispose of.

Article 3 When collecting donated materials and accepting donations, foundations shall strictly implement the principle of voluntariness and free of charge, and it is strictly forbidden to engage in profit-making activities in the name of donation.

Article 4 The materials donated by donors shall have use value and meet the standards of safety, hygiene and environmental protection. Donors who donate enterprise products shall bear the responsibility and obligation of product quality according to law.
