Jinan's new and old kinetic energy conversion starting area is a national new strategic new area located in Shandong Province. After xiong'an new area, it is the second region in China to get the national starting level. The starting area of Jinan's new and old kinetic energy conversion is located in the north of Jinan, the capital of Shandong Province. Its jurisdiction spans both banks of the Yellow River, starting from Xiaoqing River in the south, reaching Tuhai River in the north, Yufu River in the west and the eastern border of Lingang Office in the east, with a total area of about 1.030 square kilometers.
