2. When accepting donations, the Association must issue a valid receipt, a list of donations, a donation certificate or a plaque to the donor.

3 donations accepted by the association shall be publicized in the following forms according to the amount of donations and the wishes of the donors:

(a) announced at the chairman's office meeting and the board meeting; (2) announced at the fund-raising meeting; (three) published in television, radio, newspapers, Internet and other news media; (4) Reward and publicize outstanding teachers or hold a special fundraising press conference in the name of fundraisers; (five) other feasible forms of publicity proposed by the fundraiser.

4. Donated funds and materials must be properly managed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the relevant management systems of this Association to ensure legality, safety and value-added, and accept the financial supervision of the competent department and the financial audit of the auditing department. Those who embezzle, misappropriate or privately divide the donated money and materials will be severely punished according to the party discipline and discipline until they are investigated for legal responsibility.
