Employees who log in for the first time need to register as registered users.
After logging in successfully, click "My Account" and "Housing Provident Fund Business Information" on the left side of the page to enter the information query interface. Enter the start and end time of the query (the query interval cannot exceed two years), select the business detail type and operating platform, click Query, and the records that meet the query conditions will be displayed in the "Housing Provident Fund Business Information" column at the bottom of the page, and click Print to complete self-service printing.
The second way: through the housing provident fund business counter.
With the original ID card, I can print the deposit certificate of housing provident fund at any management department of Beijing Housing Provident Fund Management Center or the agent network of the entrusted bank.
How does the unit issue the deposit certificate of housing provident fund?
The unit may apply to the selected agency management department for issuing a certificate of housing provident fund deposit.
The materials to be submitted by the unit are as follows:
(1) written application. At the time of application, the applicant shall clearly state the purpose of applying for the certificate of housing provident fund deposit during the period of housing provident fund deposit that needs to be proved. The application must be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the unit;
(2) The original ID card of the agent. If the unit manager handles the above application, only the original ID card will be submitted; If you are not the unit manager of the unit, you need to submit the original ID card and the power of attorney of the unit.
