1, application for administrative license;

2. Forest ownership certificate;

3. Contents of applying for forest cutting and renewal;

4. Minutes of meetings of villagers' representatives related to collective forest harvesting (providing records of villagers' representatives);

5, a copy of the legal person or individual identity card.

The charging standard is:

Individual and collective trees receive afforestation funds at 6% of the forest value; 10% state-owned forest afforestation fund.
