Social security transfer refers to the process of pension insurance relationship transfer when the insured person is employed across the overall planning area. Social security transfer needs to go through three processes, the insured only needs to apply, and the rest of the work is transferred by the social security departments of the two places.

Treatment conditions

1, did not apply for retirement pension benefits;

2. Return to the place where the household registration is located for employment;

3. The place of employment is not the place of household registration, but the payment has reached 120 months, which can be transferred across provinces;

4. With the approval of the organization department of the Party committee at or above the county level and the administrative department of human resources and social security, establish labor relations with the transferred units and participate in endowment insurance.

Handling materials

Transfer out of the province

To apply for the issuance of an inter-provincial Insurance Certificate, an original and a copy of my ID card shall be presented. If an agent is entrusted, a copy of the insured's ID card, a copy of the client's ID card and the original power of attorney shall be provided.

Transfer out of the province

The insured person in the province to apply for the issuance of the "certificate of participation", with the original and copy of my ID card; If an agent is entrusted, a copy of the insured's ID card, a copy of the client's ID card and the original power of attorney shall be provided.

Treatment process

1, please submit the application materials to the Social Insurance Fund Administration;

2 to verify whether the application materials meet the application conditions and are complete;

3. Complete the audit within 45 working days.
