20 1 1 On July 3rd, the second meeting of the Transitional Committee of the Green Climate Fund under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change was held in Japan. At the end of the meeting on June 4th, 13 developing countries, including China, Egypt and Morocco, jointly submitted a document on the establishment and operation details of the Green Climate Fund to the Committee.

20 10 at the climate change conference in Cancun, Mexico, it was decided to set up a transitional committee of the Green Climate Fund, consisting of 40 members, 25 of whom are from developing countries. In the discussion stage, documents are submitted, including "operational elements of establishing a green climate fund", which addresses issues such as "objectives, principles and scope", "governance and institutional arrangements (including board of directors, secretariat, trustee, experts and technical input)", "financial and business model" and "monitoring arrangements and evaluation". At the same time, the document also includes specific tasks, such as formulating rules for board meetings and so on.
