There are three subjects in the fund qualification examination, which are fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms, basic knowledge of securities investment funds and basic knowledge of private investment funds. The examination is organized by China Asset Management Association and is a national practice examination.

Fund qualification examination subjects:

1, subject 1 "fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms";

2. Subject 2 "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds";

3. Subject 3 "Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds".

Among the above subjects, the examination subjects are fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms, and the selected subjects are the basic knowledge of securities investment funds and the basic knowledge of private equity investment funds. The examination time for a single subject is 120 minutes. Candidates can choose examination registration subjects according to their employment needs.

Examination method for fund qualification:

The fund qualification examination takes the form of closed book and computer examination, and candidates need to complete the examination questions on the computer.
