(4) Vegetable seed breeding, plant protection, scientific research, promotion and introduction of vegetable machinery, equipment and advanced production technology.
(5) Service, processing, storage and preservation of vegetables before, during and after delivery.
(6) Training of professional technicians and managers in vegetable production. The use of eighth vegetable fund must be approved and allocated according to the following provisions:
(1) is a vegetable fund arranged by a district, county or municipal agriculture, industry and commerce company. Tenth financial, auditing, agricultural and land management departments at all levels shall supervise and inspect the raising, use and economic benefits of vegetable funds, and impose administrative penalties on any of the following acts in violation of the provisions of these measures, depending on the seriousness of the case:
(1) Failing to pay the vegetable field fund, occupying vegetable fields without authorization or changing vegetable fields into non-vegetable fields to avoid paying the vegetable field fund, informed criticism will charge double vegetable field fund, and impose a fine of 100 yuan on the person in charge of the responsible unit.
(2) If the vegetable fund is not used according to the provisions of these measures, informed criticism will confiscate all illegal vegetable fund and impose a fine of 100 yuan on the responsible person.
