Employee Care Fund Ordinance

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

In order to better implement the business philosophy of "people-oriented, continuous progress", establish a multi-level security system, help the families of employees in difficulty in time, and relieve their worries. It also shows the firm determination of the company to strive to build a high-quality corporate culture and continuously improve the happiness index of employees. In order to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Nissin Company, Nissin Employee Care Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is specially established. In order to standardize the management and use of funds, these management measures are formulated.

Chapter II Scope, Conditions and Standards of Funding

Article 2 (Scope of assistance)

On the day before the fund rescue, the family members of our employees suffered from serious illness, accidental disability, or major family changes, resulting in heavy losses and casualties of family property or personnel. Due to force majeure or accidents. (Please refer to the attached notes for details)

Article 3 (Applicable Persons and Disqualification)

(1) Any on-the-job employee who has served in the company for more than one year and meets the above Article 2 and cannot afford the short-term emergency expenses can apply;

(2) In any of the following circumstances, the funding or distribution of the employee care fund shall be cancelled:

(a) the employee's personal illegal behavior has been investigated according to law;

(3) After verification, they practise fraud in the application process;

Article 4 (Conditions and Criteria for Fund Assistance)

Reasons, types and amount of assistance

One-time relief of interest-free loans

The employee's family member suffers from serious illness or accidental disability (all relevant certificates are required, see Chapter 4 for details), and the interest-free loan is RMB 654.38+0,000. The basic amount is 5,000 yuan (note: employees have served in the company for 65.438+0 years), which will be paid off within two years, with an increase of 2,000 yuan for every 65.438+0 years, with a maximum of 20,000 yuan.

Major family changes: due to force majeure or accidents, family property or personnel suffered heavy losses, casualties (all relevant materials are required to prove, see Chapter 4 for details). An interest-free loan of 20,000 yuan will be paid off within two years (note: employees who have served in the company for more than two years).

Chapter III Types of Assistance

Article 5 (Types of Salvage)

(1) One-time assistance: This fund is accepted throughout the year, and each employee generally only approves assistance once a year. Under special circumstances, the application can only be made according to the normal capital application process after the written application is submitted by the parties and approved by the general manager. The use period of each aid fund is one year, and the form of payment of the aid fund is selected by the individual (payment form: cash payment or remittance to the employee's personal account) and does not need to be returned to the company.

(2) Interest-free loan assistance: this loan is accepted throughout the year, and each employee generally only approves the assistance once a year. Under special circumstances, the application can only be made according to the normal capital application process after the written application is submitted by the parties and approved by the general manager. Interest-free loans are based on the form of funds: cash payment or remittance to employees' personal accounts. The loan needs to be returned to the company within two years, and the parties can choose to deduct it from their monthly salary in one lump sum or one lump sum.

Chapter IV Application, Evaluation and Management of Funds

Article 6 (Application Materials)

The applicant's immediate supervisor and department head will conduct a preliminary examination and review of the above materials, and all the materials that have passed the review will be submitted to the personnel department within 6 working days.

Article 8 (Fund Management)

Employee Care Fund is a non-profit fund used by Nissin Company to help employees who have difficulties in life due to major diseases, accidental injuries and major family changes.

Article 9 (Sources of Funds)

(1) After violating the company's attendance management measures, all the money generated will be transferred to the fund account;

(2) Voluntary donations from individuals or groups within the company;

(3) Voluntary donations from individuals or groups outside the company;

(4) donations from external enterprises (such as company suppliers and customers);

(5) Interest income of Caring Fund.

Article 10 (Principles for the Use of Funds)

The monthly funds of the fund are mainly extracted according to the monthly funds, and the principal of the fund is not used in principle.

Article 11 (Audit Supervision)

The fund should be managed by setting up a special account. The personnel department and the financial department carry out daily management, which is organized, implemented and operated by Japanese trade unions.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 12 (Notes on Nouns)

(3) Accidental disability: refers to physical injury and disability directly caused by external, sudden, unintentional and non-disease objective events;

(4) Major family changes: refers to casualties of immediate family members and serious damage to family property due to force majeure factors; (Serious damage is divided into two categories: total loss and constructive total loss)

Total loss: refers to the state that although family property exists after natural disasters, it no longer exists or has no use value.

Presumption of total loss: refers to the fact that the family property has certain use value after the natural disaster, but to restore the use value before the disaster, its repair cost exceeds the actual purchase or construction value, so it is no longer necessary to repair it, so it can be presumed as total loss.

Force majeure: refers to natural disasters such as earthquake, flood, tsunami and fire;

Article 13 (Power of Interpretation)

The centralized interpretation right of this management system belongs to the personnel department.

Article 14 (Effective Date)

This management system shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
