1, digital design and manufacturing technology
Aiming at discrete manufacturing industry, especially complex product manufacturing enterprises with single piece and small batch, aiming at real-time, intelligent, paperless and visual digital factory, the related theories and technologies of digital factory and digital workshop are studied. The main research directions include: digital workshop manufacturing process management technology, manufacturing process simulation and optimization technology, and three-dimensional technology-oriented workshop management technology.
Long-term cooperation with aerospace and weapons research institutes and enterprises, undertaking national defense basic pre-research projects, final assembly pre-research projects and other projects. The workshop management system with independent intellectual property rights has been implemented in many enterprises and achieved good economic benefits.
2. Additive manufacturing
Selective laser melting (SLM) technology is based on selective laser sintering. By directly adding materials to the three-dimensional model to manufacture parts with good mechanical properties, drawings and ideas can be materialized quickly. The formed parts have high density, good mechanical properties and high manufacturing accuracy, and are suitable for manufacturing complex products such as aviation, aerospace, medicine, molds and weapons. Relying on the Digital Design and Manufacturing Research Center of High-end Equipment/Sino-German Joint Laboratory of Metal Additive Manufacturing Technology, we will carry out additive manufacturing design and new material research and development in the fields of additive manufacturing technology, 3D printing application of complex structural parts, aerospace and weapons.
