The Guanghua Scholarship has no level. The Guanghua Education Foundation is funded and established by Taiwan Runtai Group. The Guanghua Scholarship is the longest-established social sponsorship scholarship at Renmin University of China. It is open to all current students and is reviewed every academic year.

The National Scholarship is established to encourage students from general undergraduate colleges, higher vocational schools and colleges to study diligently, strive for progress, and develop in an all-round way morally, intellectually, physically, and aesthetically.
