(1) Partial prepayment
You need to fulfill the original loan contract for one year before you can apply for partial prepayment. The bank must change the loan contract with it in writing.
The amount returned in advance shall not be less than the 6-month repayment amount agreed in the original loan contract.
If part of the repayment is made in advance, the interest received will not be refunded. After partial prepayment, you can choose to shorten the loan term with the same monthly repayment amount or reduce the monthly repayment amount with the same loan term. You need to make a choice when handling, but the new term or monthly repayment amount is automatically calculated by the system and cannot be specified arbitrarily.
After partial prepayment, the loan interest rate remains unchanged. If you choose to shorten the loan term with the same monthly repayment amount, you are not allowed to adjust the value across interest rates, but only at the same interest rate.
(2) all settlement in advance
There is no time limit if you apply to repay all the loans in advance. You should pay the principal of the loan. After prepayment, the bank will no longer charge loan interest, and the loan interest charged according to the loan contract will not be returned.
