Membership Article 7 Members of this association include unit (group) members and individual members.

Article 8 Members who apply to join the Association must meet the following conditions: (1) Support the Association’s charter; (2) Have the willingness to join the Association; (3) Be enthusiastic about patriotism and serving the country, and have certain qualifications in the business fields of the Association.

Impact.

Article 9 The procedures for membership membership are: (1) Submit an application for membership; (2) Be reviewed and approved by the resident directors and reported to the board of directors for record; (3) The membership certificate is issued by the office authorized by the board of directors.

Article 10 Members enjoy the following rights: (1) The right to elect, be elected and vote for the Association; (2) Participate in the activities of the Association; (3) Priority in obtaining services from the Association; (4) Criticize and make suggestions for the work of the Association

Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations: (1) abide by the association's articles of association and implement the association's resolutions; (2) safeguard the association's reputation and legitimate rights and interests; (3) complete the work assigned by the association; (4) pay as required

Article 12 Members who wish to withdraw from membership shall notify the Association in writing and return their membership cards.

Members who do not pay membership fees within one year will be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the membership; members who refuse to participate in the activities organized by the Association without reason for more than three consecutive times will also be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the membership.

Article 13 If a member seriously violates the Articles of Association, infringes upon the rights and interests of the Association, or damages the reputation of the Association, he or she shall be removed from the membership upon a vote by the Board of Directors or the Standing Committee.

Organizational structure and selection and removal of responsible persons Article 14 The highest authority of the Association is the Member Congress. The powers of the Member Congress are: (1) to formulate and amend the Articles of Association; (2) to elect and remove directors; (3) to review

Article 16 The Member Congress shall be held every five years.

If the term needs to be changed in advance or postponed due to special circumstances, it must be voted by the board of directors, reported to the business supervisory unit for review and approved by the society registration and management authority.

However, the maximum extension of the term change shall not exceed one year.

Article 17 The Board of Directors is the executive body of the Member Congress. It leads the group to carry out daily work during the inter-session period and is responsible to the Member Congress.
