(4) to guide the reform and development of local financial institutions in the province, and formulate assessment methods for the operation and management of local financial institutions; According to the authorization of Yunnan Provincial People's Government, perform the investor's duties for provincial local financial institutions and manage provincial local financial institutions according to law; Organize and guide the construction of local financial talents, and recommend and assess senior managers of provincial local financial institutions in accordance with the cadre management authority.

(7) promoting the development of capital market and insurance market. Coordinate and assess the work related to direct financing, and formulate relevant policies to support and promote the listing and refinancing of enterprises. Guide insurance funds to support local economic and social development.

(8) To undertake other tasks assigned by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government.
