Since then, One Foundation has the legal qualification to engage in public offering activities independently. The original registered capital of Shenzhen One Foundation is 50 million yuan, and the sponsors are Shanghai Jet Li One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation, Lao Niu Foundation, Tencent Public Welfare Foundation, Wantong Public Welfare Foundation and Vanke Public Welfare Foundation, each of which contributes 6,543,800 yuan. The Board of Directors of Shenzhen One Foundation is composed of 1 1 members (Jet Li, Zhou Qiren, Wang Shi, Liu Chuanzhi, Ma Yun, Ma, Niu Gensheng, Zhou, and He), and the supervisors are composed of 4 members (Liu Donghua, Song Lixin, Ma Hong and Sharla Cheung). Zhou Qiren is the chairman and legal representative of Shenzhen One Foundation, Wang Shi is the executive chairman, Ma Hong is the supervisor and Yang Peng is the secretary-general. As the founder of One Foundation, Jet Li will serve as a permanent director.

The board of directors is the decision-making body of Shenzhen One Foundation, and the secretariat is the executive body.
