A fund-raising institution shall establish the following appropriate matching principles according to the risk tolerance of ordinary investors and the risk level of fund products:

(1)C 1 type (including the category with the lowest risk tolerance) ordinary investors can purchase R 1 level fund products;

(2)C2 ordinary investors can buy fund products with risk level of R2 and below;

(3)C3 ordinary investors can buy fund products with a risk level of R3 and below;

(4)C4 ordinary investors can buy fund products with a risk level of R4 and below;

(5)C5 ordinary investors can buy fund products with all risk levels.
