Before July 20, the municipal governments (administrative offices) will summarize the data of the legal actual planting area of corn, soybeans and rice within their respective jurisdictions after examination and determination, and submit them to the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in the form of official documents of the municipal government (including electronic version).

Step 2 put time

(1) Before August 15, the Provincial Department of Finance, in conjunction with the relevant departments of agriculture, rural areas, development and reform, and grain, formulated the subsidy area and subsidy standards for corn, soybean and rice producers in the current year within the subsidy base period. After the approval of the provincial government, the subsidy funds are directly allocated to the city (prefecture), county (city, district) and Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group through the special account of grain risk fund.

Before August 30th, cities (prefectures) and counties (cities, districts) were introduced. Generally speaking, subsidies have increased, but subsidies are mainly aimed at actual producers, that is, whoever grows grain will get subsidies.
