Ba Shusong, deputy director, researcher and doctoral supervisor of Financial Research Institute of the State Council Development Research Center, enjoys special allowance from the State Council and is a member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Federation, a central state organ. He also serves as an expert in the qualification evaluation of enterprise annuity in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, a member of the fund evaluation expert committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission and an expert in the audit committee of China Banking Regulatory Commission. He has served as vice president of China Bank Hangzhou Branch, assistant to the general manager of BOC Hong Kong, director of the Development Strategy Committee of China Securities Association, and postdoctoral researcher of China Economic Research Center of Peking University. In April 2007, researcher Ba Shusong was seconded by the State Council Development Research Center to the Economic Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong as the Deputy Minister.
