(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) At least 18 years old as of the date of registration;

(3) Having a high school education or above;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Regardless of whether it is a private equity fund or Public Offering of Fund, the registration conditions for the fund qualification examination are the same, but the subjects are different. Fund qualification certificate refers to the fund qualification applied by employees of fund-related institutions.

Employees of fund-related institutions need to apply for fund qualification. Including: fund managers, commercial banks (including foreign-funded corporate banks in China), securities companies, futures companies, insurance institutions, securities investment consulting institutions, independent fund sales institutions, private fund managers and managers, and business personnel and marketers in other institutions recognized by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
