Foundation refers to a non-profit organization that manages voluntary donations from social groups, other organizations and individuals at home and abroad, and is a social group legal person. In other words, any foundation is not a government agency or a public institution. Foundations are generally divided into public offering and private offering. The treatment of public officials is estimated to be similar to that of public institutions.
