(hereinafter referred to as China Radio and Television) is funded by the Ministry of Finance, and the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television is responsible for the establishment and escrow, with a registered capital of 4.5 billion yuan. China Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. is responsible for the nationwide cable television network-related business, and carries out the triple play business. In fact, it has been more than two years since we discussed the plan to set up a national radio and television network company. As early as 20 10, the State Council clearly pointed out in the Notice on Promoting the Overall Plan of Triple Play that in the pilot stage of 20 10-20 12, "we will focus on promoting the two-way phased entry of broadcasting and telecommunications services", "speed up the cultivation of market players, set up a national cable TV network company, and initially form an industrial structure with moderate competition. To this end, in August of 20 10, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television established the preparatory group of the National Radio and Television Network Corporation.

According to the plan, after the establishment of China Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd., it will integrate the national cable television network into a unified market entity, and endow it with business qualifications such as broadband network operation, and become the "fourth operator" after China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, and also the main body to promote the "triple play" of the radio and television department. China Radio & TV Network Co., Ltd. will first integrate cable network operators lacking financial strength in the central and western regions through administrative means, and finally integrate those listed radio & TV network companies through market means.
