For patients in Gushi County who really need to go out for medical treatment, designated medical institutions will handle the transfer procedures in accordance with regulations, and will be responsible for uploading electronic information to the medical insurance center, and the patients can go out for medical treatment.

3. During the epidemic prevention and control period, for patients who have applied for urban and rural residents’ medical insurance outpatient services for serious diseases and special outpatient drug treatment in previous years, the annual review will be postponed and will be arranged after the epidemic prevention and control is over. This will not affect the normal use during the epidemic prevention and control period.
