3. During the epidemic prevention and control period, for patients who have applied for urban and rural residents’ medical insurance outpatient services for serious diseases and special outpatient drug treatment in previous years, the annual review will be postponed and will be arranged after the epidemic prevention and control is over. This will not affect the normal use during the epidemic prevention and control period.
