Yu Jianming, President of Yu Xintian Capital, is the co-founder and president of Sun Hung Kai Yuanchuang Fund (renamed Yu Xintian Capital from the second fund). He holds a Ph.D. in Biology from Harvard University and an MBA from Kellogg Business School from Northwestern University. Yu Jianming worked in McKinsey (Los Angeles Branch), during which he mainly engaged in strategic consulting in the fields of biomedicine and financial services. Xintianyu Capital was established in 2005. He has accumulated rich experience in the fields of enterprise merger and acquisition, state-owned enterprise restructuring and direct investment, and has successively invested in well-known domestic enterprises such as Goldwind Technology, Huarui Wind Power, Jinshan Software, Kaisai Bio, Zoomlion, Meihua Group and Shuanghui Group. In the future, Yu Jianming may participate in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Zhou Yinghua, a director of Yu Xintian Capital, is currently a director of Yu Xintian Capital. Before joining Yu Xintian Capital, he was the founder and director of Qi Ming Venture Capital, responsible for the strategic investment in China.
