20 13 10 2 1 The inauguration ceremony of the teaching building, brokered by Shaanxi Overseas Friendship Association and generously donated by Mr. Yan Pingxi of Hong Kong Fuhui Charity Foundation, was held at Fuhui Taishan School in Xixiang County. Accompanied by Hou Yongjun, member of the Standing Committee of Xixiang County Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, Mr. Yan Shudong, the good director of Hong Kong Fuhui Charity Foundation, attended the inauguration ceremony and unveiled the teaching building of Xixiang Fuhui Taishan School (formerly the teaching building of Liu Shu Town Ethnic School) donated by the Foundation.

Hong Kong Fuhui Charity Foundation was independently founded by Mr. Hu from 65438 to 0995 with his personal property. After the return of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Fuhui Charity Foundation became the first non-profit charity registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
