Ying Charity Foundation, initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of * * *, is a national and non-public fundraising foundation with the purpose of supporting young people to successfully start businesses. Ying Charity Foundation was established in Beijing on March 2, 201/kloc-0. Yan Juanqi, Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), unveiled the Foundation and delivered a speech. Ding Lei, Ma Yun, Wang Jianlin, Guo Guangchang, Liu Chuanzhi and Dong Wenbiao were the first directors of the Foundation.
