The Yunnan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Finance jointly issued the Notice on Decreasing the Social Insurance Rate by Stages (Yunrenshefa [20 16] 155, hereinafter referred to as the Notice), which came into effect on May 17, 2007.
1. Basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees
(1) The implementation period is from May 20 17/day to April 30, 20 1 8, tentatively for two years;
(2) The adjustment standard is that the total rate of unit participation is reduced to 27%, in which the unit contribution rate is reduced from 20% to 19%, and the individual contribution rate is not changed to 8%. The ratio of flexible employees remains unchanged.
2. Unemployment insurance
(1) The implementation period is from May 20 17/day to April 30, 20 1 8, tentatively for two years;
(2) The adjustment standard is to reduce the payment rate from 2% to 65,438+0.5% on the basis that it has been reduced by 65,438+0 percentage points in 2065,438+05. Among them, the employer's contribution rate decreased from 1.4% to 1%, and the individual contribution rate decreased from 0.6% to 0.5%.
3. Work injury insurance
Continue to implement the State Council's 20 15 decision to reduce the average rate of industrial injury insurance by 0.25 percentage points.
The implementation time is 20 15 10 10/day, and the current industrial injury insurance rate policy is adjusted as a whole, and the industrial injury risks of enterprises are divided into eight categories from the original three categories. According to the principle of "living within our means", the rate range is adjusted from 0.5%-3% to 0.2%-65438.
4. Maternity insurance
We will continue to implement the State Council's 20 15 decision to reduce the maternity insurance rate by 0.5 percentage points.
The implementation time is from 20 1 51June1day. If the accumulated balance of all funds has been paid for 9 months, the maternity insurance rate will be reduced to less than 0.5% of the total wages of the employees of the employer.
