There are no specific restrictions on the financing scale of asset securitization at present. However, according to Article 14 of the Regulations on the Management of Asset Securitization Business of Subsidiaries of Securities Companies and Fund Management Companies, the funds raised by the manager cannot exceed the scale agreed in the plan manual; According to Article 26 of the Regulations on the Management of Asset Securitization Business of Subsidiaries of Securities Companies and Fund Management Companies, the scale and duration of the underlying assets should match the scale and duration of asset-backed securities.

The concern of asset securitization business to the original obligee mainly includes three aspects. First, the cash flow of the basic assets comes from the operating income of the original obligee, who should have the ability of continuous operation and pay attention to its profitability, business prospects and solvency. Second, the original obligee should pay attention to its assets and liabilities, solvency, asset quality, cash flow, etc., if he undertakes the obligation of credit enhancement such as making up the difference and asset repurchase; Third, as an asset service organization, the original owner should have relevant business management capabilities, including rules, technology and manpower allocation.
