According to the Measures for the Administration of Offering Behavior of Private Funds published on April 5th, 20th16th, private funds can only be offered to qualified investors, including:

1. Institutions with net assets of not less than100000 yuan;

2. Individuals whose financial assets are not less than 3 million yuan or whose average annual income in the last three years is not less than 500,000 yuan;

Among them, the institutions referred to in 1 include limited partnerships.
